1.1. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PortPlay website, desktop application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1.2. By registering for an account, downloading the application or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2.1. PortPlay provides game server tunneling and port forwarding tools that help users expose local multiplayer servers and services to the internet without traditional router configuration.

2.2. The Service may include free and paid plans, optional premium features, region selection, usage statistics and support features.

2.3. We may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

3.1. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.3. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten service security or create legal risk for PortPlay or other users.

• ✕ Violate applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights
• ✕ Interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service or related infrastructure
• ✕ Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or networks
• ✕ Use the Service for spam, fraud, abuse or other harmful activities

5.1. Service performance depends on many factors, including your internet connection, game server configuration, hardware, routing and the selected PortPlay node or region. Specific latency or throughput is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a plan description.

5.2. Where a plan includes traffic priorities, speed thresholds or fair use controls, those limits apply as described in the plan details shown at the time of purchase or in your account area.

5.3. We may apply temporary traffic management, rate limits or protective restrictions where necessary to preserve stability, mitigate abuse, respond to security events or ensure fair service quality for users overall.

5.4. Except where immediate security action is required, we will try to provide advance notice of significant restrictions affecting paid service tiers.

6.1. Some features of PortPlay may require payment. Prices, billing cycles and included features are shown on the website or in the account area and may change from time to time.

6.2. If recurring billing is offered and enabled, your subscription may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

6.3. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. You are responsible for providing valid billing details and any applicable taxes, including VAT where required.

6.4. Refund requests, where available, are handled according to the applicable purchase terms, payment provider rules and mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

7.1. PortPlay and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, design, branding, documentation, visual assets and content.

7.2. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7.3. You must not copy, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or create derivative works from the Service except where permitted by law or with our written permission.

8.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

8.2. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through the app or by contacting support.

9.1. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every game, device, router or ISP, or that the Service will always meet your specific expectations.

9.3. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the rules of the games, platforms, hosting providers and networks you use.

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PortPlay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption or loss of goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

11.1. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that data may be processed as described there.

12.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version becomes effective when posted at https://portplay.net/terms. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
